OTH Claims Terms & Conditions, Return Policy, & Warranties.

Refunds:

If you get a product that you do not like for some reason (like wrong size, color, etc…) you can do a refund. A Refund claim must be made within a week of receiving your order by mail. If the product is damaged in the mail, a claim must be made within 24-48hrs. If a claim has not been made with in 24-48hrs then a claim can not be made. A refund can only be made if you don’t like the product not if it is damaged. In order for a refund, Over the Horizons/Vendors product(s) must be returned to Over the Horizons before refund can be made. Product refunds have to be made within a week after shipment of product has been received. You will have to fill out a Refund Claim Form. You will only be refunded for cost of product, you will not be refunded the S&H, Sales Tax, and/or the 2.5% credit card fee (if you where charged this fee). After Over the Horizons Shipping & Claims Department receives the Refund Form, and the product then the refund will be processed. If it is a OTH Product then Over The Horizons will process the Refund, this process can take 1-2weeks to complete. If it is a Vendors product then the Vendor will have to process the Refund request, this process can take 2-3weeks to complete. Over the Horizons & the Vendors will decided if the Refund is approved or not. Not All Refunds are approved. OTH & Vendor reserve the right to refuse or deny any refund request. If denied, your product will be mailed back to you the customer by OTH or the Vendor. If an OTH Product and Approved by OTH then you will receive your refund with in 2-3weeks later by VIA Email in a form of a VISA Check Card, American Express Pre Paid Card, or OTH Gift Card/Store Credit. If an Vendor Product and Approved by the Vendor, they will contact you with your refund options by vie email or phone call. Make make sure the Email, Phone & Address you provided in the Refund request form are 100% correct. IF OTH and/or the Vendor can not reach you, then your Refund Request can and will be denied. Not All Products Can Return, and Not All Vendors allow for Returns. Please see product description to see if the selected product can be returned.

*Customer/Members Service must authorize returns & credits in advance, All Products must be returned in its original packaging & Labeling.

*Only unworn clothing items, Home Décor, and Lawn Décor items are refundable. Food, Health & Beauty items, and/or consumable items, local artist products are not refundable. Items that are Monogrammed, Special Ordered, Or Family Photos Uploaded To OTH/Vendor to be used on a product are also Not Refundable.

Exchanges:

Damage Claims:

In order for a Claim to be made on a Damaged Product, the “Product” must be returned to Over the Horizons “OTH” or Vendor before the Claim can be process. Over the Horizons/Vendor will cover all shipping charges. Claims must be made with in 24-48hrs after receiving your product by mail. Please allow 3-5 weeks for the claim to be process. After claim has been process, OTH/Vendor will mail you your new undamaged product (OTH/Vendor will cover the S&H). Exchanges must be equal to or less in value to the product that was damaged (OTH/Vendor will cover the S&H). If you decided you wanted a refund, your refund will be put onto a “VISA Check Card” or “American Express Pre Paid Card” or “OTH Store Credit” or “OTH Gift Card”. OTH Refunds only include Price of the Product, Product Sales Tax, and the Product S&H.

* Photos of the Damage Product and/or Package MUST Be submitted with a Damaged Product Claim.

Return Policy 

How do I return a product? To be eligible for a return, your items must be in their original condition and in its original package and must have been purchased from our website. The return must be initiated within 24-48hrs of receipt and will receive a 20% restocking fee. To start your return please visit our website at www.overthehorizons.net > Hover Over “Claims” > Hover Over “Create a OTH Claim” > Click on the Claim Type. If your return is not in original condition, we do reserve the right to refuse the return. We will not refund shipping costs on returns.

Insurance & Damage Claims:

There is no Insurance offered at this time for your package during delivery. If your package is damaged during delivery, you can place a Damaged Product Claim.

OTH Marketing Policy:

*From time to time, we make our mailing list available to carefully screened companies whose products might be of interest to you. If you don’t wish to receive these mailings please let customers service know.

Product Photos & Description Policy:

* Product Photos and Descriptions may not be exact. Photos and Descriptions are of the product available at the time of printing/uploading to the site. Product measurements may not be exact. Sizes shown are close approximations. Product depictions on packaging may vary slightly from the actual product because of updating, or because several models of a product are packaged in one style box. Products may be updated, or models or equal or better value maybe substituted. Process and items are periodically subject to change. We reserve the right to correct typographical, descriptive errors. Orders based on incorrect information are subject to cancellation. 

* Product Colors may not be exact. Product Colors are of the product available at the time of printing/uploading to the site. We also offer Products as Assorted Colors Only, which means OTH will pick out the color for you depending on what is available during the time of processing and shipping of your order. 

*Over the Horizons has the right to change product pictures, descriptions, price at anytime without notice. Over the Horizons also has the right to add, remove, or discontinue products at any time without notice.

*If you find a typo or have any questions please ask you sales rep or call customer service.

Product Warranties: 

Not all products will be warrantied by OTH, but some maybe. Most products may come with a Manufacture Warranty, and some may not. Please contact the OTH Sales Staff to ask about Product Warranty Info. 

Any product that may or may not be warranty, is warranty by the product maker and not by Over the Horizons. If you have warranty questions about a product, please contact that product manufacture.
